The Chair of Agribusiness Management and Politics was formed in September 2019 as a result of the unification of the Chair of Agribusiness Management and the Chair of Agrarian Politics and Consultations.

The activity of the chair is aimed at ensuring qualified agrarian economic education and the formation of specialists who meet the requirements of today’s labor market. The chair is issuing specialists at Agroeconomics and Food Product Industry, Agribusiness, “Agrarian Politics, Consulting and Information”, “Insurance Case”.

The lesson, which is mainly carried out with didactic substances and accompanied by discussions, is organized in the classrooms adjacent the Chair equipped with the latest technologies. And theoretical knowledge is strengthened by team and group discussions of tasks during hands-on trainings, through post-impact assessment of individual measures and analytical methods. Students are free in the forms of self-expression, related to choice of testing place, and in terms of student scientific work and conferences.

The teaching of the subjects “Management”, “Agrarian Politics”, “Agribusiness Organization”, “Agricultural Insurance”, being provided with modern and updated programs, provides an opportunity to prepare high-quality professionals, possessing modern technologies, being competitive with social responsibility in the local and international labor market. During the study, students have a clear idea of the peculiarities of agrarian politics and international experience, and the advanced methods of developing business plans.
