Development and regular updating of quality assurance regulations, guidelines, and toolbar for monitoring and regular updating of ANAU structural subdivisions’ action plans.

Close collaboration with ANAU internal and external beneficiaries and experts.

Coordination of self-assessment of institutional accreditation and preparation of the relevant report. Organize the proper visits of experts of accreditation bodies to the University departments and divisions.

Implement quality assurance and research based on the best practices in all areas of the University performances and implement improvement based on the results.

Preparation of regulations and guidelines for the development, approval, monitoring and regular review of vocational/professional education programs to ensure their compliance with established criteria. Organization of monitoring and regular updating of educational programs, curricula and subject programs for various levels of professional education in accordance with the regulations for quality assurance.

Carrying out activities for licensing specialties of the University at various educational levels

Development of tools to assess the needs of beneficiaries and provide feedback, and carrying out periodic quantitative research.

Collaboration with ANAU authorities, and their permanent commissions for quality assurance and support their work.

Conducting seminars aiming to improve the quality of teaching and support staff, especially by developing educational programs and curriculum according to modern requirements of the labor market, making reports on self-assessment reports.
