Coordination and organization of events for the formation of student-centered learning environment.
Development and regular updating of a policy for selecting teaching and learning methods in accordance with expected learning outcomes.
Study the possibilities of new educational technologies application and develop suggestions.
Discussion with the internal stakeholders of the evaluation conclusions given by the external expert group and/or the QA center and support in their quarterly, annual plans improvement and review activities of their divisions.
Analysis and evaluation of strengths and weaknesses, external opportunities and threats in the main areas of the university’s activities (education, science and public services), development of suggestions for ways to overcome them.
