Armenian National Agrarian University realizes admission of foreign citizens according to the “Order of Admission of Foreign Citizens to Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Armenia” issued by the relevant decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
Applications and accompanying materials are accepted at the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, situated at 5, Vazgen Sargsyan, Yerevan 0010.
Foreign nationals may be admitted to the ANAU bachelor’s program if they speak Armenian fluently and are successful in passing the entrance exams for their chosen professions.
Foreign nationals with a bachelor’s degree who speak Armenian fluently are eligible for admission to the master’s program. If the applicant wants to pursue further education in a different discipline, they must pass the professional entrance exam.
Admissions of foreigners and applicants from the Armenian Diaspora to Armenian educational institutions (2022-2023 academic year)
RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports starts the acceptance of documents of foreign and Diaspora Armenian applicants for admission to RA pre-professional (craftsmanship), secondary professional and higher educational institutions in the 2022-2023 academic year based on the Republic of Armenia’s Law of the Government of April 28, 2011, “On Approval of the Procedure for Admission of Foreign Citizens to Higher Educational Institutions of the Republic of Armenia, Family Members of Diplomats Working in Diplomatic Service of the Republic of Armenia Operating in Foreign Countries, as well as 700-N and the RA government’s decision N 1295-N of August 25, 2011 “On approving the procedure for the admission of foreign citizens in the pre-vocational (craft) and medium vocational educational institutions of the Republic of Armenia”.
Postgraduate studies are open to foreign nationals who have a master’s degree and are proficient in English, Russian, or Armenian. Organizing training in English is possible for some specialties.
