The chair of Agrarian Policy and Consulting was established in the structure of faculty of Economy in 2005. In 2008 it was included in the faculty of Agribusiness and Marketing. Since 2010-2011 academic year the chair is headed by docent A.E.Voskanyan.
The chair provides consulting for specialists from agrarian sphere, farm enterprises.The chair actively collaborates with Timiryazev State University chairs. The results of researches are summarized in more than 100 scientific articles, about 20 methodical instructions have been worked out. The chair acticely collaborates with the RA Ministry of Agriculture, regional authorities.
