Incoming Mobility

STUDENTS

Application process

All the students registered in a HEI located in Program Countries and enrolled in studies and meeting the relevant criteria have the right to apply for Erasmus+ Key Action 1 ICM projects and study at Armenian National Agrarian University (ANAU) for the period agreed within the the framework of the project. In order to apply for an exchange mobility within the framework of Erasmus+ program, you should contact the International Office of your Institution and check your eligibility. The relevant Erasmus+ coordinator at the Home University will guide you. Check also the official website of your University and the Inter-institutional agreement signed between the sending and receiving institutions where all the necessary information about the relevant contact points, selection process and required documents is presented. The sending University decides the lists of documents, which the participating students must submit during the application. After being selected as a scholarship holder by the sending University, ANAU will provide the relevant student with an Acceptance/Invitation Letter and more detailed information about the organization of mobility at ANAU: all the necessary information on courses (content. level, language) before the mobility period, so as to be transparent to all parties and enable incoming students to make well-informed choices about the courses they will follow. The incoming students have the right to receive information on the grading system used by ANAU, as well as information on obtaining insurance and finding housing.

Documents

ANAU and sending institutions, together with the students must have agreed on the activities to be undertaken by the students - in a 'Learning Agreement' – prior to the start of the mobility period. These agreements define the target learning outcomes (subjects, credits) for the learning period at the receiving institution, specify the formal recognition provisions and list the rights and obligations of each party. After registering at ANAU, the International Relations Department will assist the students to receive Resident Cards, which is free of charge (preparation/translation of the necessary documents will be at students’ expenses). More information for incoming students can be found on the page for Foreigners.

Credit recognition

At the end of the mobility, Armenian National Agrarian University provides the student and his HEI with a transcript of records confirming the results and credits of the agreed program. The follow-up to the mobility period includes the formal recognition of the students' credits by the sending institution. At the end of the mobility period, all the students who have undertaken a mobility activity at Armenian National Agrarian University are required to complete and submit a final report. We are waiting to see you in Armenia.
Good Luck!
