About HASK
ANAU official newspaper has launched since 2000. It is the successor of the best traditions of two newspapers – “Agronomist” (Armenian Agricultural Institute) and “For Personnel” (Yerevan Veterinary Medcine and Animal Husbandry Institute). The two newspapers had launched about at the same time in May 1958. Unfortunately in the transitional period publications of both newspapers were stopped.
Mkrtich Khrimyan’s words “Agriculture is the mother of art” stood like a landmark for “Mature spike” newspaper.
There is a separate “area” for students in the newspaper called “We try to understand”.
The most important issues and topics discussed at the meetings of the rector’s office and scientific council are published in the newspaper.
Since 2018 the official newspaper has been published electronically only.
The editor of the newspaper has been Ani Khudaverdyan, candidate of sciences, docent, since the day of foundation.
