History and Objectives

The division of livestock and fodder production mechanization is engaged in the activities concerning the elaboration and constructional design of machines and equipment for provender milling and animal husbandry production technologies in the RA. Particularly:

• Machinery equipment and silos storages with simple structure have been developed. Experiments were conducted in a production environment and conditions have been corrected.

• Grain shredding machines with tools operating in a vertical surface and with capacity of 0.5-3 kW with three different performances have been developed and have been implementing in production.

• Grain shredding machines with tools running in a horizontal surface, with 4 different performances and capacity of 0.5-5.5 kW have been developed and have been applied in production.

• Small-sized shredder corn forage with a capacity of 2.2 kW electric motor has been worked out. These machines are used successfully in production.Works on the design of small shops of full-fodder are carried out.

Cable-scraper stations with a small metal and energy consumption for the removal of manure (poultry manure) from the farm are developed.

Technology of aerobically fast fermentation of manure (7-10days) and technology of and production of organic compost equipment has been improved, tested in a production environment and is ready for deployment.

Two biogas plants with different operating principles based on the results of the tests are designed according to the conditions of the republic improved biogas plant, both for heating digester bio terming using the sun’s energy and aerobic treatment. Have been tested under production conditions.

Biogas system of plants and hydroponic greenhouses have developed.
