1․ The project responsible persons discussed the implementation of the planned distance trainings in Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Slovak University of Agriculture in Nitra and University of South Bohemia. Particularly the schedule, mode and format of the trainings were clarified. It was decided that the trainings will be held during May-June.

2․ The issue of the engagement of the European experts during the creation of the five modules directed to the development of the soft skills, the schedule of the implementation, the mechanisms of ensuring the bond between expert and module creator were discussed, and ensuring the feedback was highlighted during that process. It was decided that European partner-experts will contact ANAU experts regularly with certain frequency in order to facilitate the quality assurance and module creation process at most.

3․ The possibilities of disseminating the information about the project were discussed. All the participants unanimously stated that they will use every opportunity to disseminate the information about the current project and raise awareness among the internal and external stakeholders. The information dissemination strategy was clarified and it was decided that the project coordinator G. Hambardzumyan will prepare plan-schedule of the information dissemination which will be completed by the representatives of the European Universities as well. The booklets, notebooks and pens printed by ANAU within the frames of the project were handed to the European partners which will be used in the process of disseminating the information about the project.
