Yeremyan Projects offers the best job, internship and research opportunities for ANAU students
"There could hardly be any better Christmas gift for our future vets, sanitary experts and animal breeders than this job and internship opportunity with the Yeremyan Projects," this was the remark by the Dean of the Department of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Husbandry,
Dr. Albert Vardanyan, voiced during a recent meeting with the Head of Agricultural Programs of Yeremyan Projects, Arsen Poghosyan with the students and faculty of the Department.
This was a unique, if not the first ever, meeting when the employer comes to ANAU and offers job and internship opportunity to the current students. This situation became possible through the good business relationships repeatedly brought up by the Rector and the Vice Rector Academic Affairs over the recent months during their meetings at the University's chairs. The partnership with Yeremyan Projects, in particular, was initiated by the Head of Staff, Lusine Mnatsakanyan.
Yeremyan Projects owns Tavern Yerevan restaurant chain, Yerevan Shaurma fast food chain, and Lavash and Sherep restaurants. And now, the company with a unique image launches a new operation, a pedigree hog farm with 350 sows. The farm will need not only vets and breeders but also sanitary and food experts. Moreover, the farm will have excellent opportunities for internships and research activities. It will be equipped with the latest technologies and facilities to ensure decent conveniences for work, research and housing for employees and interns.
"This farm offers the best opportunities, with you having enough time to fill the gap in your professional knowledge during your student years and try to be more competitive, given this unique job perspective," Ms. Mnatsakanyan mentioned.
