Technology of Fermented Products and Wine-making

This profession enables the alumni to organize and use plant-growing production cultivation processes, as well as to use modern technical-economical orders, that are for the usage of raw material and products, such as wine, cognac, non alcohol beverages, to have progress in creation of new technological processes and equipments, usage and solution of scientific problems.
The objects of the professional activity may be:
Complex of fermented products and raw materials of wine-making, cognac, non alcohol beverages, as well as their features and processes connected with their cultivation, chemical, physical and microbe biological processes, controlling and managing ways, equipments, normative-technical documents, systems of standardization and sertification , ways and measures of raw material expertise and control.
